As workshops continue throughout our partner countries, we make progress on the matter of bullying.
Some key findings:
๐น Bullying often starts with subtle forms of social exclusion that can be difficult to detect.
๐น Early warning signs, hidden peer violence and complex group dynamics remain major challenges in schools.
๐น Cyberbullying and online conflicts are increasingly affecting classroom relationships.
๐น Communication with families is essential, but often one of the most sensitive aspects of intervention.
๐น Schools need practical tools, ready-to-use activities and clear procedures to move from awareness to effective action.
These insights show that teachers are highly committed to creating safer and more inclusive school environments, but they also need practical resources and structured support.
The findings are now guiding the development of Respect Connectโs educational resources, ensuring they respond to real classroom needs identified by teachers across Europe.
