A comprehensive resource for teachers, offering:
✅ Theoretical knowledge about digital addiction.
✅ Ready-to-use lesson plans and educational activities.
✅ Practical methodological guidance for classroom implementation.

These resources are freely available and designed to support schools and educators across Europe.
