Project number: 2024-1-PL01-KA220-SCH-000251896
Implementation period: 01/12/2024 to 30/11/2026

  • Project description:

The DigRight project aims to develop a digital, innovative, and interactive tool (App) to assist teachers in preventing, identifying, and addressing digital addictions. It also seeks to enhance digital skills by leveraging the DigComp framework, empowering students to become digitally competent through engaging, gamified real-life scenarios.
The App will be supplemented by an Educational Kit, containing resources (lesson plans, activities and guides) for teachers in order to help them incorporate it into a real classroom setting.
By providing targeted, practical content on this topic, the project will raise awareness about the responsible use of technology and its potential risks—starting with teachers and extending to their students.

  • Goals:

    • Create 2 educational tools to assist teachers in identifying and addressing digital addictions in their students.
    • Train 20 teachers on how to incorporate the developed tools in their classrooms.
    • Conduct local pilot testing with 60 teachers and 375 students across 6 European countries, promoting their active engagement.
    • Promote international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the sharing of best practices in teaching to enhance digital competencies among teachers and teacher trainers.
